It’s also important to know that they are actively involved in acquisitions, and though they may operate under totally different company names, many of them are actually under the same ownership.
If their pricing doesn’t give you sticker shock, and you’re more interested in quality over savings, this may be a good pic for you. You get unlimited extensions so this can be used on business or personal websites without having to worry about extra charges. VoiceNation also answered my questions to my satisfaction.
I called many other services and it seemed that no one was interested in answering my questions, not to mention giving me a low price to entice me to sign up for service right then and there over the phone! I also did a search at review sites like Epinions.com and Sitejabber.com but only found a few reviews, and what I did see was encouraging or discouraging.
